If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
I completely understand that things can come up unexpectedly, so if you find yourself in a bind, just reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

It’s a great way to connect beforehand and ensure your appointment runs smoothly. If you prefer an in-person consultation instead—or in addition—I’m more than happy to accommodate that based on your comfort and preference.

From there, I’ll walk you through the steps of your service so you always know what to expect. We offer a variety of refreshments, entertainment, and take pride in making you feel comfortable. New guests are kindly asked to fill out a contact form before booking so I can ensure the best possible experience tailored to your hair goals and needs. This helps me get to know you, your hair history, and what you're looking for during your visit. Once the form is submitted, I’ll be in touch to schedule your appointment. For existing guests, feel free to book online anytime through my scheduling link—it's quick, easy, and always open!
