If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
I completely understand that things can come up unexpectedly, so if you find yourself in a bind, just reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

I always perform a virtual consultation before every appointment to make sure we’re on the same page about your hair goals, expectations, and any questions you might have. It’s a great way to connect beforehand and ensure your appointment runs smoothly. If you prefer an in-person consultation instead—or in addition—I’m more than happy to accommodate that based on your comfort and preference.

During your appointment, you can expect a relaxed, professional, and personalized experience from start to finish. We'll begin with a thorough consultation to go over your hair goals, concerns, and any inspiration you have, even if we’ve already done a virtual one. From there, I’ll walk you through the steps of your service so you always know what to expect. We offer a variety of refreshments, entertainment, and take pride in making you feel comfortable. You are going to love our space!

New guests are kindly asked to fill out a contact form before booking so I can ensure the best possible experience tailored to your hair goals and needs. This helps me get to know you, your hair history, and what you're looking for during your visit. Once the form is submitted, I’ll be in touch to schedule your appointment. For existing guests, feel free to book online anytime through my scheduling link—it's quick, easy, and always open!
